Master Tom Leigh began training in 1964. After traveling around the United States working on pipelines, Master Leigh settled down in Osage Beach, Missouri. Master Leigh soon signed up for martials arts at a school that recently opened. Master Leigh is a certified instructor in the styles of Taekwondo in The World Taekwondo Federation. Since 1964 Master Leigh has trained in Taekwondo and Hapkido. In 1995 Master Leigh received professional training from Mr. Eutimio Delgado. Master Leigh has 20 years teaching experience as well as taught child awareness and women's self defense classes. From 1997-2000 Master Leigh was an instructor at the Osage Beach Black Belt Academy. Since 2000, Master Leigh has been Chief Instructor (chung sah nim) and owner at Camdenton Black Belt Academy.

In July of 2003, Master Leigh was inducted into the Univeral Martial Arts Hall of Fame in Houston, Texas as the Instructor of the Year. In 2004, Master Leigh was inducted in the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame as the Mixed Martial Artist Instructor of the Year.

Master Ethan Leigh began training in taekwondo in 1995 at the age of 6. In his first 4 years of training, Ethan practiced 5 days a week, never missing a class. In 1999, Ethan was named Male Athlete of the Year in Taekwondo at the Show-Me State Games. In 2003 Ethan was inducted into the Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame in Houston, Texas as Competitor of the Year. In 2005 Ethan was inducted into the Musahdo Hall of Fame. Ethan is also a three time Junior Olympic Champion in both Point Sparring and Olympic Style Sparring.

In 2011 Ethan qualified to try-out for the AAU National Team in Ft. Lauderdale Florida by placing in the top 3 competitors at the AAU Nationals in Texas.

In April 2012, Ethan, now Master Leigh, was promoted to 5th Degree Black Belt by Master Chris Rangel, the President of the U.S. Mid-West Martial Arts Association.
